I don’t know about you, but I’m quite nosy when it coms to what others keep in their purse, their gym bag, their makeup bag, etc. etc. etc. If you have some sort of bag, I want to know what’s in it (Is that weird?! Or is that normal? Let me know in the comments! haha). Since I love knowing what you all keep in your homes, I wanted to share what I keep in mine! More specifically, what I keep in my medicine cabinet.

Growing up, our medicine cabinets typically housed medicines for just about every occasion along with first aid type of items. Sometimes my mom would keep a few makeup items in there as well. But in our home, I only have one medicine in my medicine cabinet and that’s Pamprin. Instead, my medicine cabinet is full of my most-reached for items from beauty to skin care and everything in between. So without further ado, here is everything I currently have in my medicine cabinet!

Makeup Remover Wipes. First and foremost, I have makeup remover wipes. I reach for these constantly so having them within arm’s reach is super important.

Moisturizer. Currently I’m obsessed with the Neutrogena Hydro Boost moisturizer. If you haven’t tried this already, I highly recommend it. It’s perfect for those with dry skin.

Toothpaste. Right now I’m loving the Sensodyne whitening toothpaste. I have very sensitive teeth so this one is perfect for me.

Spare Razor Blades. I go through razors like nobody’s business so I always to keep a few spare blades in my cabinet at all times.

Eye Treatment. These days, my under eye area looks like I haven’t slept in weeks (that’s what you get for being the mom of a toddler and a workaholic). So I keep Revitalift Triple Power Eye Treatment handy to help with those issues.

Bandaids. I always have bandaids in every bathroom of our house. With a toddler running around, these are always an essential!

Tampons and/or Panty Liners. A typical female essential here! Ever since having Allie, my period has been a bit all over the place (sorry for the TMI, but we’re pretty much all women here). So I always keep tampons and panty liners readily available in case they’re needed.

Pamprin Multi-Symptom and Pamprin Max Formula. This is a BIG one. In every medicine cabinet I’ve ever had I’ve always made sure to keep Pamprin Multi-Symptom and Pamprin Max Formula. These are perfect the perfect pain relievers for that time of month. They not only cure some of the pains of PMS, they tackle all the pains of PMS. Symptoms like cramps, bloating, headache, irritability, backache and more!

Ever since having our daughter, I’ve had a whole new type of period. Prior to having a baby, I honestly rarely had any period symptoms. I would get some cramping here and there and the obvious bloating. But being on my period never slowed me down in any way. Now, being 13 months postpartum, my periods are nothing like they were pre-baby.

When my time of month rolls around, I’m instantly hit with horrible cramps, bad backaches (which doesn’t help my scoliosis one bit) and pretty bad headaches as well. Not to mention an insane amount of bloating which makes me feel so icky and uncomfortable in a vast majority of my clothing.

After cycling through so many pain relievers, I just couldn’t find one that fixed all my symptoms. Some would fix headaches while others would fix cramps. But nothing actually made me feel better overall. So I decided to pick up Pamprin Multi-Symptom and Pamprin Max Formula and they instantly cured all my aches and pains. I was left feeling less bloated and completely pain-free.

Pamprin Multi-Symptom contains three ctive ingredients: an antihistamine to relieve irritability, a diuretic to fight against bloating and water weight gain, and a pain reliever to alleviate cramps. It even has the same strength as Extra Strength Tylenol AND the added benefits of fighting against bloating and irritability.

As a mom, having a great pain reliever for that time of month is essential. I don’t want cramps, bloating and irritability to hold me back from truly enjoying my day with my daughter. No mama likes to be laid up on the couch with a heating pad while her kids are off playing or begging for her attention. That mom guilt is no joke.

I’d much rather be right there by my daughter’s side, playing with her. I want to wrestle her on the floor or take her for a long jog in the stroller. I want to grab a cup of coffee or take her to the pool. And Pamprin Multi-Symptom and Pamprin Max Formula allow me to do that! To buy your own for your medicine cabinet, you can pick up both Pamprin Muti-Symptom and Pamprin Max Formula at your local Walmart location or purchase it online here.

Heating Pad. Next on my list are heating pads. I got these heating pads after giving birth to Allie. At the time, they were super handy for my lower back between the epidural and gibing birth and the fact that I have scoliosis. These days, I use them on my tummy to help with period cramps. They’re awesome!

Cotton Rounds. Another basic. These cotton rounds constantly come in handy whether it’s to remove makeup, removing nail polish, applying a toner or whatever it may be. I always have these in stock!

Acne Toner. I’m currently loving the Oil-Free Acne Stress Control Toner by Neutrogena. I have very acne prone skin so I use this every day, twice a day.

Tweezers. My eyebrows grow like crazy…and it isn’t pretty. So tweezers are an absolute MUST.

Lotion. I love cycling through body lotions and right now I’m loving this one by Korres. It’s super moisturizing so it’s perfect for this time of year when your skin is constantly being exposed to the sun and salt water.

Sunscreen. Now that it’s summertime, I always have sunscreen readily available. I try to apply it every single morning as part of my morning routine. If you don’t already do this, I highly recommend it!

Aloe. On the days that I forget to wear sunscreen, Aloe is my best friend. Zack uses this more often than I do but it’s always good to have in the house during the summer months.

Q-Tips. Q-Tips always come in handy! I tend to use them most for removing eyeliner.

And there you have it! That’s everything I have crammed in my medicine cabinet!

What do you keep in your medicine cabinet? Do you have any period essentials that you keep within arm’s reach?

XOXO
